fantastic stay by the river!

ample space friendly staff easy access
i found everything about the hotel good. the room provided ample space and comfort (i slept like a baby!). the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. the location allowed easy access to the city's main attractions.
the gym equipment could use a little updating, but it was still functional.

a fantastic stay by the river!

helpful staff available parking cool art great location
The location is great. Just a short walk to everything! the staff are very friendly and helpful. parking is available, though it can be a little tight! the hotel also has some really cool art on display.
The link i received for a lost item didn't work. It was a bit frustrating to deal with that!!!

The breakfast offered good variety. IT was acceptable.
I found the bathroom needed improvement. There was MOLD in the shower, on the walls, ceiling, and floor. I had to request a kettle. This was inconvenient.

The room had a mural with Renoir with an excerpt of his Ball at Bouvigal (a nice touch!). The elevator area featured bright wall hangings. Breakfast included a range of choices.
The absence of a closed space for luggage storage prior to check-in concerned me.

the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. i wanted to know how to get places and they helped. on arrival, reception was efficient and friendly and i was grateful. the parking underground was easy to find and felt safer.
the rooms are outdated i think. the bathroom needs work too. i asked for a twin room river view but it was small for the price. the link that they send, it doesn't work which is annoying.

the room was a good size! it had plenty of storage space. the hotel is very close to the river, which i loved! there was a pleasant inner courtyard with a variety of seating options.
the link in one email did not work, it was a small hiccup.
